Clubhouse Overview
The Clubhouse can accommodate up to 30 guests and comes equipped with a variety of board games, a smart TV, sound system, a pool table, a poker table, cornhole boards, and more!
Standard rental of the Clubhouse is $100.00 and is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Residents can reserve the Clubhouse by submitting the request form provided below or by contacting the office directly!

Amenities
The space comes fully furnished and equipped with multiple forms of entertainment. The entire Clubhouse lounge and facilities are included in the reservation. Amenities available are:
Full-sized refrigerator and freezer
Propane grill
Dishes (pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc.)
Dishwasher, microwave, and toaster oven
Outdoor propane fireplace
Outdoor seating
Indoor seating
Cornhole boards
Pool table
Poker table
Board games
Smart TV & sound system
Availability
The Clubhouse is available to rent as follows:
Weekdays from 5:30pm - 10:00pm
Saturdays from 5:00pm - 10:00pm
Sundays from 10:00am - 10:00pm
If you believe your event will extend past 10:00pm, accommodations may be available for an additional charge.
Rental Rates
The rental fee must be paid in cash at the time of signing the Clubhouse Rental Agreement.
Standard: $100.00
5 hours or less
Half-day (Sundays only): $150.00
6-9 hours
Full-day (Sundays only): $200.00
10-12 hours
Late-night Extension (availability varies): +$50.00
Extends end-time to midnight.
Damage Deposit
All rentals require a damage deposit in the form of a personal check. This check will be held until after the event has concluded. If the condition of the Clubhouse has been left in accordance with the Rental Agreement, the check will be shredded. (If you’d like the check to be returned to you for your own records, please specify so in the request form.)
Damage Deposit Amount: $300.00
Clubhouse Rental Agreement
Upon submitting the Clubhouse Reservation Request form, staff will review the request. If the requested date is available, you will be contacted to confirm the details of the reservation*. Staff will draw up the Rental Agreement for your in-person signature and arrange a time for payment and signing.
All charges (fee & deposit) will be due at the time of signing.
*Charges and agreement must be received and signed before your reservation is official.

Adults (18+) who are on a current Rental Agreement with Arcadia Crossing can reserve the Clubhouse for an event.
Events can be held on behalf of a non-resident, but the responsible party of the Rental Agreement must be a current resident.

Guests should park in the overflow lot directly West of the Clubhouse.
Unregistered vehicles parking in Resident Only parking may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Yes! Decorations should be temporary in nature. All decorations must be removed (including any adhesives or residue) prior to the rental end-time.

If your reservation day is on a Sunday, the earliest access to the Clubhouse is 10:00am.
If your reservation falls on any business day, set up can begin a maximum of 30 minutes before closing.

The Clubhouse should be returned to the state it was received in. Any food, beverages, decorations, trash, or any other external items should be taken with you at the conclusion of the event.
Some general cleaning supplies (a vacuum, a few trash bags, a broom, and a mop) will be provided. If they do not suffice, plan to supply your own.
