What is included in rent?

Monthly rent covers the unit and one covered parking space; utilities are not included, but they are metered per unit. You’ll only pay for what you use! Averages below.

Can I rent an additional parking spot?

Due to parking being limited, we do not rent out additional spaces. All uncovered parking is on a first-come-first-serve basis to tenants on the lease.
Please note: All vehicles must be registered with the office in order to park on the lot. Overflow lot is available for guests and extra parking.

Where can my guests park?

We have a designated overflow lot to the west of our Community Center that is reserved for guests!

What is the average cost of utilities?

Water/Electricity are metered, so they fluctuate based on your usage. Sewer is based on the number of tenants, and trash is a flat rate of $12/month.
1 tenant average: $124 - 130/month (W/S/T/E)
2 tenant average: $154 - 160/month (W/S/T/E)

What fees prior to move-in do you charge?

The fees you will see prior to move-in are as follows:
Application fee: $59.45
Security Deposit: $400+ (On Approved Credit)
Cleaning Fee: $250.00

Do you allow pets?

We are welcoming to pets! 2 pets max per unit.

Do you charge pet rent?

We do not charge monthly pet rent! We charge one-time pet fees and deposits (per pet) at move-in or when an animal is added to your lease.

Per cat:
$150 fee
$150 deposit

Per dog:
$300 fee
$300 deposit
