Forwarding Address

Your forwarding address is needed for the accounting of your deposit. You can provide this by utilizing the form provided here or by emailing us.

Cancel/Transfer Utilities

The only account you’ll need to ensure to stop or transfer service for is through Clark Public Utilities. If you’re moving within Clark county, you can transfer your account to your new address. If you’ll be relocating outside of Clark county, you can stop service for your account.

Unit Condition

Information and resources regarding preparing your unit for vacancy.

Move-out Checklist

A comprehensive checklist to assist with preparing your unit for vacancy. If you’d like a printed copy but don’t have a printer, this can be done in the Clubhouse.

Forward Mail

This is an optional step to complete, but it is highly recommended.

  • We will be unable to check for received mail on your behalf once you’ve vacated. While we will contact the recipient if we do receive any mail or packages in the office, we cannot forward mail. We may hold it in the office until it can be picked up, or we’ll return it with USPS.

Forwarding your mail is the most direct way to ensure you receive parcels or mail that has been sent. USPS’s Getting Started guide provides additional information for this.

  • An identity verification fee in the amount of $1.10 is required to forward mail. The duration of mail-forwarding varies in cost.

    Standard mail-forwarding: 12 months
    Free

    Extended mail-forwarding: 12months
    + 6 months: $19.95
    + 12 months: $29.95

Prices are set by USPS and are subject to change.

  • USPS provides answers to most questions in their Standard Forward Mail & Change of Address guide.
